  The seller was fantastic: great communicator, updating me every step of the way. The guitar arrived from Japan in impeccable, mint condition (better than described): spotless, almost perfectly in tune, with new strings and all original parts (whammy bar included), beautifully protected during shipping. The hard case also in pristine shape. A personalized origami added a delightful touch. Best value for this model out there. Hands down the best eBay buying experience I’ve ever had.

  Good seller with good communication throughout. Intelligent and excellently packaged guitar for journey from Japan to UK. Very impressed by this packaging - I wish more guitar sellers would match this level as a benchmark. Guitar is lovely. Only grumble is guitar's condition did not match exactly what was described in the original listing. I am okay with this, because It is the same model, but with a scratch in a different place to what was original listed. Others may not feel the same.

  The guitar is great and the photos and description were accurate. It was packed well and there was no damage from shipping. The seller ignored my question when i asked him for a little bit more info on the guitar which is disappointing.
