  Sent wrong part. Stayed in contact for awhile and said they'll resend correct part. Been month's now and still nothing has arrived. Ignoring my messages now, would not supply me with tracking information for replacement when asked and has not offered me a refund.

  Was the wrong part. But I didn't read the add correctly. But still after saying all this. They were happy to replace for correct part or give money back. Best service I have had since you could buy a red frog for 5cents.

  Item was advertised incorrectly, dimensions were wrong. Shipped the unit back and got a full refund (plus postage). Took a little bit longer than expected but sellers communication was very good throughout. I have no problem recommending this seller however I would advise that you confirm the dimensions of any product prior to ordering just to avoid this issue.
