  Seller charged me for a new item. After six days envelope arrived damaged and wet. This seller took no responsibility for item arrived condition. I will skip and don’t recommend this seller from now on.

  Buyer cannot comprehend that I do not control the way USPS handles the item once its in their possession nor the weather. Ring Ring....Yes hello, weather stop raining. Buyer never bothered to open the package, I even questioned him this. He abused Ebay return policy by making a false "item damaged" claim without confirmation of the items condition. Item was not damaged. Buyer apparently has never used USPS before or understands the return process on Ebay. YIKES!
