Instant shipment & once the item incurred fatal damage by & @ the carrier: comms+resolution was prompt & top notch as replacement ITEM arrived only couple days apart from estimated 1st(during July 4th!) item is as described neatly packed with thick packing foam to prevent even cosmetic damage; hardware also comes with all tools.   This seller has the best customer service I have ever seen. The shipper damaged one of the two packages, and it got separated from the other one. The seller contacted me to see if I wanted them to ship out a replacement for the damaged one. I told them they could wait, and the damaged package was delivered the next day. The package was missing some hardware, but I was planning on up grading the hardware anyway. If this seller has anything I need in the future, I will use them.

  I have purchased items on eBay for years and this is the best seller I have had the pleasure of buying items from. There was a lost part when the item was delivered. I contacted seller and got a very quick response about options to resolve the shortage. They were more than hospitable in getting everything right. Needless to say they are on my favorites list and I hope they have an item I need since I will definitely purchase from them again. Very pleased with their service!

  the seller should tell you that they are an AMAZON seller . I could have bought it from AMAZON but for my own reasons I did not want too . AMAZON shipped it quickly and packed well . also the warranty that they stated in the listing is not what is covered . they stated lifetime warranty . as pictured in the listing .   This review is for the buying, shipping, and delivery experience. I have not yet had the radiator installed because I am waiting to get parts to complete repairs on my vehicle. The buyer provided a quick response to my inquiry. I selected this item based on overall value and warranty. Shipping was very fast! The item was packaged very well and is brand new. (I won't remove packaging until it is time for install to avoid damage.) Overall, very pleased with buyer and buying experience.

  For all DIY people, Item was just as described and very well packaged, (radiator had minimal dents in vents but that's what recondition is and doesnt affects performance). I would definitely buy from this seller again. Item also arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Thank you so much.
