  Item received was as described. Arrived on time as stated in estimated delivery time frame. The item was well packed, but because of uncontrollable circumstances with how the carrier transported the package it arrived broken. Contacted seller and she promptly resolved the issue after viewing the attached pictures of the damage! Even after having this issue and the seller resolving the issue promptly, I am 100% satisfied with the seller. Will buy again from seller if has item I’m looking for!

  Seller responded quickly to my inquiry regarding what size chimney this lamp required (I had a chimney with no lamp), and agreed to make me a deal for just the lamp base. There was a bit of a mixup regarding the size of the burner but seller messaged me immediately after discovering the mistake and things were sorted to my satisfaction. They packed and shipped it the day after purchase and it arrived in excellent condition. I'm really pleased with it and the customer service.
