When it did arrive, it was beautifully wrapped and had no damage from shipping itself! I got the instrument for my son, and he LOVES it! Got it set up and tuned for him to be able to use! First package was damaged in shipment, luckily customs caught that and package was send back before leaving China. Once the seller received damaged package he informed me and I had select different colour and replacement was send soon after. My only complaint is that line out is miniplug, so I have to use adapter to connect to any of amps.
