  I ordered these because I have used them before and they have performed well. When I received them and inserted batteries, neither worked. In my previous use I had received a bad unit which was I replaced. I assumed I got bad units again. When I requested a return, the seller asked if I had turned the switch to the on position. Nowhere in the installation instructions shipped with the unit or in the on line description does it mention an on off switch. That was the issue. Deducting one star.

  Very disappointed in this interaction. Seller advised that item was damaged and unable to send. Upon checking their listed items it showed multiple options available but at a newly listed price which was more that the price I paid. I assume they did not want to sell me at the price i paid for. They immediately wanted to refund so I could buy it later. I stressed that I did not want or approve a refund and that I was happy to wait until the item was in stock again. Refunded without my approval.
