There were a few small issues with the product itself which was out of his control, however he reached out and resolved them immediately.   Caution as no description saying that these are covers and not replacements and even after communication seller ignored the fact I wanted replacements and still shipped anyway !! So then had to return - but they did cover postage and made a full refund!

  Communication excellent Rob is extremely helpful Shipped by DPD who took 6 days to collect from their deposit box DPD are by far the worst delivery service I fitted the M sport steering Wheel same day on arrival, only thing I don’t like about it is the cheap looking M Sport badge, lucky my car was pre wired for the paddles, just coded in and works perfectly BMW 2 Series Luxury look great apart from the badge.

  Exactly as shown in the picture and fast responses from seller, item was out of stock but seller communicated with me and had to wait less than the expected time seller told me.
