  I cannot praise this company enough. There was an initial problem with my order, to which they went above and beyond, and replaced it free of charge. The quality of the work they produce is next to none, with contact throughout. The delivery is also fast, taking only a couple of days from first contact to delivery, I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for great service, it was very much appreciated.

  Although my first order was delayed due to Royal Mail, the seller was amazing throughout. She quickly sent a replacement with first class delivery and also refunded me. Great communication, very kind and helpful — highly recommend!

  I will never buy from this seller again as wrong coloured toppers sent, no correspondence when I asked for help, returned for refund but not refunded as promised, extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, thankfully Ebay stepped in to refund me.

  Ordered 7.5 round joker cake topper, received the wrong thing I got dc/marvel cupcake toppers. Messaged the seller and still no response after 24 hours. Now I've had to cancel a cake order for my customer as won't have enough time to get a new one sent before the cake was due. Total loss of income for me.
