    Quality was great. Condition was great. Solid value. Appearance was as advertised, would work with them again! Communication was also solid, better than your average seller. Was nice. Id suggest buying from this seller if they have aj item youre looking for. You can feel safe with their packaging as well. Your items wont show up broken, like for some sellers, thats for sure!     Order shipped and received right on time. very well packaged for shipping, received in perfect condition, just as described, small cute and absolutely perfect!     Seller was upset that I was questioning the delivery time. I wanted to be sure that eBay would protect my purchase in case this was a scam. They sent lots of messages about the shipping type being Airmail, but it almost seemed like they were being deceptive. I did finally receive the item.

    The item was shipped promptly and arrived earlier than the timeframe I provided. I provided a clear explanation regarding the shipping method both in the item description and in my messages. When the “item not received” request was opened, I responded with the same politeness and honesty as I always do. I take great care in communicating clearly with every buyer to avoid misunderstandings. It was truly heartbreaking to receive such a harsh and misleading comment despite my sincere efforts.
