    Excellent chair. 100% like new. Seller must be understaffed. 18 days to get a tracking number. Arrived very quickly once shipped. Happy with the purchase. Yet I was just worried this was a scam for a minute due to communication gap. This was over a Christmas time so shipping delays can be expected. Thanks 👍

    When first asked concerning whether item would be shipped I didn't receive any communication tell a dispute was filed. Once communication started they did everything they could to make it right including sending a new chair instead of open box.
