  When the dress arrived, it was not custom made to my measurements and did not fit me. I made the seller aware that I did not want the inner matieral to be made of polyester, which when it arrived it was 100% polyester. I contacted the seller to try to resolve the issue and they offered me a £10 refund to keep the dress. I explained that it was their fault the dress was not correct and asked them to pay for the return, which they would not so cost me £29.00 to return. I am waiting for refund.

  Not what it was discribe . Wrong size, damage and wrong color...imessage the seller hopefully he replies with a return label to return iteim for a refund...

  Absolutely gorgeous. Elegant and simple. Sent my measurements and the company always sent me updates with the process. I received the dress and was pleasantly surprised that it came so quickly!!!! The material used is soft and flowy. Some weight to it so it lays nicely. Only problem is I can’t get the zipper up, and it’s 6 inches too long in length, even with the measurements sent but I’ll figure out something. Hopefully easy fixes. Otherwise dress looks just as pictured!!!!!
