  Item arrived very quickly. Is in perfect condition and is new as described by the seller. Packaged nicely in its original packaging. Excellent price. Quality is excellent. Beautiful Baldwin brass. Communication from the seller was good. Will definitely use this seller again in the future.

  Although the microwave was damaged by FED EX during shipping...The seller was WONDERFUL to work with.He gave us two options, return for a full refund or keep the microwave for 50%off. Since the microwave did work and come with a 1yr warranty, we decided to keep it for such a great savings. We were even able to make a trim piece to hide almost all the dent. As Social Security seniors, the 50% discount was a huge blessing to us! Thank you Eric from Super Duper!

  Seller shipped a damaged countertop microwave with a missing part. It was advertised as "Open Box" and per eBay's guidelines, that means "An item in excellent, new condition with no wear... that may be missing the original packaging...". No apologies, no nothing. So yeah, I had to lug that big box to a FedEx to ship it back all because they did not to disclose the defects. Did I say no apologies? BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS SELLER.

  Microwave was listed as New Open Box. The microwave got damaged in shipping. We're talking the smallest dent in the back from shipping damage and this buyer freaked out and demanded a 90% refund and they would keep the microwave. They claimed I sent it damaged. I offered a full refund upon return of the microwave. Buyer was refunded in full without having to pay anything out of pocket. I made this right. Since then, this microwave has been sold to another buyer.
