  I'm always hesitant to purchase used electronics. The seller communicated very well about the delivery date. It came wrapped solidly in bubble wrap and shrink wrap. Charged it up and mowed my whole lawn (3/4 of an acre) with two bars still left. Quality product. Quality seller. Would do business with them again without hesitation.

  Battery shipped extremely fast, item arrived as described, new condition and functional. Good value vs buying in a big box store, appearance wise - brand new, genuine Kobalt quality. Packaged VERY well, plenty of padding to make sure nothing was damaged. Overall no complaints -great seller shipped out promptly item as described, nothing more you can ask for. Would definitely recommend.

  The item was as described (new) and was shipped quickly. It was in its original packaging. I looked for this [discontinued] product all over but it was hard to find. I am happy to have found here as it fits our remodel design. Communication with the seller was good. Good seller!

  I ordered this for a project and needed exactly 125 feet of cable wire. I couldn't find it anywhere else for a reasonable price, until I found this. I ordered it, it arrived a few days later and there was only 114 feet of cable wire in the box!! This caused my time-sensitive project to be delayed. I contacted the Seller who quickly offered to send a partial refund AND replacement with the correct size I needed. It all worked out, the job is complete. This seller is a pleasure to do business with
