They offered refund if I pay for return of item. The broken parts of the figurines would have been in the package if they were damaged in transit, and there were no chips in the package. Seller said in description that item showed light wear but these were broken. They had to have been damaged prior to shipping the item since there are remnants of broken items in package that arrived.
