    The item was as described; correspondence with Seller OK and quick; the problem with this purchase was with the USPS delivery putting the item in my neighbor's mailbox, not the Seller's fault but annoying. This is why I gave shipping 3 stars. USPS is unreliable!!

    Buyer should educate him/herself on the feedback system. Shipping is not related to the USPS, it reflects the buyer's experience with the seller not the USPS. Leaving 3 stars goes against the seller not the USPS.
