  Wonderful experience. The upgrade kit was complete and well packaged. The well written step-by-step illustrated instructions made installation a cinch. Within a half hour of receiving the kit on my doorstep, I had successfully upgraded the processor of my 2009 Mac Pro.

  Great seller on eBay! We had a slight delivery snafu with the USPS but the seller was very responsive and communication was outstanding. If only the buyer and seller community could positively affect USPS tracking accuracy and operations. Recovery by the vendor was excellent!   I ordered a 3.2GHz processors, but I received a 3.GHz. I contacted the company, they said to select return the item and indicate "didn't fit" and said just keep the product, and they will refund all my money. As well, they said they would sell me a 3.2GHz when they become available with free shipping. In addition, they offered to send me additional memory if I had free slots available. This is by far the best company I have made a purchase and had an issue. They set the bar very high!!
