    Purchased the 12 mm tape. The seller did not have any in stock so offered me 9 mm tape. I asked for a refund and the seller provide a refund quickly. Highly recommended seller.

    They sent me a different item that was described. Not sure why they would do this. I asked for a refund. They promised they would refund for the item and THE POSTAGE FEE. The item price was refunded , but they opted not to give the £3.95 shipping back to me . Great, thanks alot . So wasted my time and my money .....avoid this seller , there are many other sellers selling the same items .Ebay would not step in as apparently I should have told them before I returned the item .So angry . Liars .

    Good communication. Wont deliver to PO box which is my verified PayPal postal address. Aust Post don't deliver to my Street address which makes purchases difficult. Refund made within 1 day.
