    Id like to add. These folks have taken the time to answer my uneducated confusing concerns to recommend a less costly product. And have given me links to help me understand my purchase. And offered help if I need. The item is exactly as described and came with all hardware. And shipped very quickly. There's always been a difference between a small family company and the mega stores. Support your small businesses. They don't have the funds to control your life.

    Quick and easy computer purchase. Excellent description provided. Appealing combination of features, variety of ports. Seller even accommodated a last-minute request to switch to a similar model with twice as much storage. Delivered about 72 hours after order placed. Well-packed, no wasted space, everything there as listed. Seller's note included contact info and said he would be happy to assist if needed. Unpacked it, hooked it up and it worked. Happy buyer (non-techie user trying Linux Mint).

    An amazing value! The CPU and installed software are exactly as described. It was packed intelligently and with care: excellent shock protection without undue bulk. (And no styrofoam!) The computer bootstrapped at once and without issues. The seller has also provided his email address for questions about the product, an unusually generous gesture in these times. I am impressed and more!

    I had a problem or two and these guys helped me through it. They do a great job in corresponding with buyers and go overboard with their help and guidance. The computer works really good, it's condition looked new when I received it and after their help it now runs as it should. Highly recommend this company, will buy from again for sure. Also, it was packed really well.

    Computer arrived in a timely manner, well protected for shipping. Appeared like new, although sold as used. Computer was as advertised, with several asked-for software tweaks. (Thanks!) Computer fired-up fine, and seems to be working well. Machine seems to be a good value, especially as Microsoft seems to be forcing people off of Windows onto Linux via Recall. In contacts, seller was prompt, courteous, and helpful. I would buy-from him, again...
