  As described. EX from what I knew it, is supposed to be high end VG+. Some surface noise especially in the quiet areas, but it’s ok. I’d rate it as VG+ instead. Seller packed it well, and shipped it fast! I’d just rate it differently. Otherwise all good. Seller recommended.
