  Part was as described. I had a small issue with it and the seller offered a refund. Due to an issue with my mechanic I was not able to return the part but I am Very happy with my transaction and communication with the seller. Nothing but a positive experience! To further explain. The mechanic lost the part and had to cover the cost of it, but the seller offered to refund when not required too.

  Item was same as pictured decent shipping. Package arrived with damage from carrier but items were not damaged due to care taken when packaged foam filler to protect items saved them from damage.

  Spoiler was just as pictured and described. Shipped promptly and was well packed. Clips, screws and bolts were included. It fit perfectly on my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. Thank you. Very pleased to be able to open and close the liftgate again.
