Extremely unprofessional and suspicious behavior. I escalated the case to eBay and received my refund. They called us a joke, so we replied in kind. Customer got a refund without escalation- another falsehood. This person is angry deluded and rude from the getgo- got his refund and still wanted to hurt us. We sell these items daily and if we tried to pull this type of stuff we wouldn't have such a high feedback rating.
