    The iPad Pro is in excellent condition which included the original box and accessories. All was packaged well with many fragile stickers posted. Shipping took a little longer than expected due to weather delays and local postal logistics, not the fault of the seller. The price for this model and specifications was a deal in itself and is as described in the listing. Seller went above and beyond to keep me informed with the shipment status. Communication was clear and efficient throughout. A+++++

    I will avoid this seller. Item listed with incorrect description. When brought to the attention of the seller and that neutral feedback would be left the seller's reply was "My apologies for the error. I appreciate your neutral feedback. Thank you for using FHS". This is not an appropriate response from a seller that listed an item incorrectly. I have no use for the item and he does not accept returns. Use caution when purchasing from this company.

    You could have requested you wanted to return the item. And i would have gladly accept the return and issued a refund. Ebay provides a free return Label. Your Instructions weren't clear on what you wanted to do with the item. If you would like you can return the item and i'll issue a return. The item color was Label incorrectly, of which i apologized. You can return the item and refund will be issued. Thanks
