In the original delivery the perspex was damaged, like it had been bashed in the post, a quick message to the seller and it was quickly replaced with no fuss. The white inset elevates the images I'm placing in the frame. Very good value and quality for the price. Everything together as mentioned, especially the comms, would recommend this seller
