She arranged a replacement to be sent which arrived within 3 days. The frame itself was well packaged, and in perfect condition. It is a lovely frame. Well made, and excellent quality for the price. The frame itself was just as described and it was so pleasing that real glass (and not acrylic) was available for this size of frame from this seller. Great value. Recommended.
