Just the facts: seller accepted offer on January 5th, never heard from him, no tracking, no manual. Politely contacted seller on February 1st; no reply. Reported to eBay on February 4th, waited the required 3 days. On February 8th, eBay stepped in and issued a refund. Seller somehow operates as "peifersgeneral" but also as "FourO6bees". Draw your own conclusions.
