  You are a GREAT SELLER !!!!! The lid to my trinket box I purchased from you arrived broken. You spent a great amount of time securely wrapping. This shows LOTS of care ! However, pressure from closing the box broke the top of trinket box. I messaged you right away. You messaged me in return VERY promptly. You were so apologetic and sent me a full refund.
