    Bought some silverware from this seller and they were well packaged. The purchase didn't end up working out but I had a good experience communicating with them and got refunded quickly without hassles. Pieces are as described, it was more on me to take a better look at the pictures before clicking the buy button.

    The shipping was slow due to the USPS. Not received until Jan 16th. The packaging was well done. The item is exactly as described. The item is of value to me as it is the only Van Briggle Pottery piece that I ever wanted to own.
