  As noted by another buyer, Seller sent incorrect item and instead of handling professionally, kept sending messages justifying their mistake. Had to do a eBay claim to get full refund. Buyers beware, this is now at least two customers to complain against these people. They do not fully inspect items and harass you after the fact. Stay away or you will be next.

  Thanks for lying. 1) You threaten us with negative feedback because you could not have your way, we welcome such threat in good faith because of our clear conscience. 2)I sent you the correct SSD but you lied it was 8 SSD until I sent you a recorded proof PDF,I sent you a free return label for your full refund because of your BULLY and LIES. 3)I refunded you upon receiving our package,Ebay never got involved with refund. Don't BULLY SELLERS!!! Always be HONEST and FAIR with everyone

  Their response just showed what we are talking about. Accusing us of lying?? You ADMITTED you sent the wrong item. You clearly don't know what you are selling and your customer service is horrible! Do research before selling an item and STOP harassing the buyer to trying to pretend to be "Honest and Fair", you are neither of those.

  While we ultimately agreed to cancel this purchase due to incompatibility with my needs, the seller was amazing. We communicated a number of times to confirm my needs and this machine and determined it was not going to work for me. The seller was a pure stand-up, offering to cancel the purchase rather than risk me being unhappy with a poor choice, through no fault of the seller. Most sellers would have followed the buyer beware rule and just shipped it.
