  Product was in much poorer condition than what was described and photographed (listed as new). No tracking was provided even though I asked for it. Shipping was very late and required me reaching out to the seller, though seller had reasons for delay. Status delays were not explicitly forewarned on eBay page. Communication was very poor. Seller made no attempt to improve/recover service. Transaction required more work on part of the buyer rather than the seller. Very poor experience.

  I did communicate with buyer! Got a great deal on a great fishing reel. Yes it did have some small scratches. It functioned perfectly. As far as not getting back to buyer asap, I informed that I had a death in family and am leaving town for a week. You just can't satisfy some spoon fed people no matter how hard you try. It's unfortunate that this has came to this and giving me a negative feedback rating with an essay! IDK...
