  My purchase was great— seller very polite & very easy to work with. The problem I’m having is trying to return the cane. The seller gave me the directions as to return my purchase. Instructions were looking pretty simple. However, I never did find the right button to push to copy a shipping label. I was on my iPad for nearly 3 hours today trying to get the shipping label. I really wante to talk go alive person, but I just kept getting a recording—- very frustrating.
