  Got yesterday, haven't used yet, but came complete and in good condition. Review is about the seller. Been burned before online so I always check one star reviews, almost didn't order from Focus Camera. A lot of negative reviews are a decade old. I had great communication, great customer service (offered on one and bought another from them over Labor day so I ended up with 2, they cancelled and refunded one for me). As described, quick shipping, fair price. 5 stars for seller. Would buy again!

  Excellent seller. Original shipment did not include the scope, so I contacted Customer Service. Very next day, they apologized and sent the scope. All now arrived and in good condition. Good price, good package, great customer service.

  Excellent seller. Item originally came without burst pump. Contacted seller and made them aware and they shipped the burst pump right away. Received it a few days later, well packaged and in new condition. Recommend seller highly, excellent customer service and communication!

  Okay first off seller gives very fast shipping !!!!!! This is the second blind I've bought and both are as advertised and arrived without damage. However both deliveries had terribly damaged boxes and this time the blind could almost fall out of the box. Thought the item arrived on time and in good condition I'm fearful that it's just a matter of time before I'd receive a damaged one. Good seller but I have reservations about the shipping.   The printer was refurbished by Canon and looked brand new. However, it arrived with no toner cartridges. I purchased a set from Amazon at a cost of almost $80 and advised the seller to indicate in their description of the printer that it does not come with toner. They replied promptly and refunded the entire cost of the cartridges. Excellent customer service, something that is unfortunately disappearing.

  My package was delivered to the wrong house (ex 1617) when it should have been delivered to (ex 1627) yesterday. As well, I knocked on the door yesterday, but nobody answered, but today I saw the landlord and showed her the picture that the delivery driver took, and showed her my name. Contacting the seller won't help much, so contact FedEx or if you know where your package was delivered, go there and ask for it. Thank god I received mine package.
