  The boots are as described, as expected, packed well, and shipped promptly. The only trouble was that the vendor did not register the tracking, so I did not know that the item had shipped. I opened a cancellation request, and the vendor promptly sent the tracking information and explained they could not cancel the order as it was in transit. The boots arrived the next day.
