    Bought a printer from FLP Solutions Limited as a previous company let us down massively with their dispatch time. Excellent transaction and most importantly swift dispatch. Fully trackable. Communication good. Condition of printer looks excellent, print quality excellent and very well packaged. A very good price for the item we purchased.

    Printer all fine, with next day delivery. The Courier was 'APC Overnight' which was fine, However, the tracking number that was provided by the seller was not recognised on the couriers website......It turns out that what is required is the 'Consignment' number which in this case was seven numbers long. Hence, I would respecfully ask the sender if using 'APC Overnight' to bear this in mind to enable the customer to keep track of their package. Other than that I would happily use FLP again.

    Great refurbished printer, I've had this model before and it's perfect for my small business, discontinued now so delighted to find refurbished one at a good price, plus excellent friendly professional customer service - v quick responses, fast delivery, easy to get through to a real person who dealt really quickly with a delivery issue that came up. Thanks!
