  Part is in excellent shape and looks to be in perfect working condition. There was some issues with the seller’s local post office losing the package but seller quickly responded and sent a new part free of charge.   Florida_parts were extremely helpful and easy to work with. In my ignorance of Body Control Modules I ordered the wrong part. When I realized my mistake and contacted them they immediately stopped shipment on the wrong part, sourced a "new" part, and got it to me all in good time. I would definitely do business with them again. Well done FPE! My BCM arrived well packaged and in excellent condition.

  Great seller; fast shipping, great packaging, good item description (used) This used steering wheel was in a decent shape, it had very small blemishes. It looks great in my 25 year old crown vic. I am quite happy with this purchase from this seller, his description was dead on. By the way if you check the included pictures, the Air bag is the car's original bag, it wasn't included in the purchase. It needs paint. I saved this trusty seller for future use. Seller A+++

  Everything went well...was concern for the tracking but the seller responded asap and the tracking wasn't on his end I found out later on..the part was as described and fit and works great will definitely use the seller again
