  This seller is amazing to work with. In error I made a mistake in selecting quantity when I placed my order. I immediately contacted the seller who responded very promptly and was able to correct my error. The product was exactly as described, arrived in individually bubble wrapped packaging with a handwritten thank you note. I would highly recommend and work with this seller again.

  There was an issue with eBays computer generated description of the product, so I didn't quite get what I thought I was getting. When I brought it to the seller's attention, she was apologetic and I was able to return the items for a full refund. So even though the sale didn't go as planned, the seller handled it professionally and I am happy with the resolution. Would recommend this honest seller for her great customer service. Thank you!

  My ordered shipped fast and was boxed nicely and wrapped in tissue with bows with a little thank you note. I have ordered foundations from eBay before only to have them arrive damaged and leaking because it was shipped in an envelope and not a box. This was a very nice change. Will order again if they still have my shade
