When I got it the item was packed really well with a ton of bubble wrap. I ordered a used cooling fan for my Jaguar & it was the correct part that fit my car..the value was much better than a lot of other used part vendors. I had a question regarding my order and they answered me right away and even followed up. I'll definitely consider using Floras again

Product was packaged well and was as described though did have two visible marks but are on the underside and not easily seen. Seller did work with pricing and feel it was a fair price for an uncommon factory color.

They were also willing to negotiate on some smaller items with the engine. Overall value was very good as I did a local pick-up. The pick-up went very smooth, in and out quickly. I would recommend them and will review their other posting.
