  Everything about the product was good. I would recommend this buyer because he had great communication. The shipping package could improve because it came only wrapped in a bag instead of a box. Nonetheless the product has the tag and it is what I ordered. Good seller I would buy again.

  Absolutely thrilled with my new Ita bag! 😍😍 Gengar is already one of my favorite Pokémon, but having him as a plushy backpack takes it to a whole new level! The quality of the backpack is amazing—it's so well-made. Just a tiny note: the packaging could’ve been a bit better since it was shrink-wrapped, and the shipping cost was a little high. But honestly, I’m beyond satisfied overall! Can't wait to show it off!
