  My packages was to be delivered by August 4-7th. I contacted the seller on August 11th that the packaged had not arrived. The seller said they would check into it for me. A couple of days later, they said it should come by the 14th or the 15th. Thankfully it came today and was just as described. It was packaged well with good protection! I love my item and it is o great value! Thank you for your help!!

  What a wonderful ebay seller! Very easy to communicate with! Answered questions and concerns, combined the shipping and overall what a great experience! My canvases for needlepoint were as described and pricing was fair! Everything was well packed and arrived at my home very very quickly!! Shipping cost was fair as well!   Amazing stellar seller! Packing perfectly protected the portfolio, it not only was as described but in better shape than I thought, well worth the money and shipped very fast! It did take awhile to arrive but this is NOT the fault of the seller, it was the black hole of the Indianapolis mail center that grabbed the package for several days. I also got a nice thank you note which is always appreciated! Well done and would joyfully buy from again!

  These were two spectacularly beautiful items sold by a truly wonderful and caring ebay seller. The shipment through Ebay was a very protracted process with huge gaps taking 3 weeks from US to UK, but throughout this the seller helped, accompanied, cajoled Ebay incessantly into action, on my behalf. I am enormously grateful for this kind of care and oversight under challenging conditions and will come back to the seller if she has more high quality prints. Well worth the wait! Thanks again.
