  I am pleased with my purchase. It arrived as described and on time, however, the packaging was another story. My HO scale caboose was packaged in its original box and then placed in a bubble mailer. This seller does not understand model railroading issues. I spent the better part of an hour reassembling all of the parts that were shaken off during shipment (both couplers and clips, the shell, and the weight). It is now operational again. Will not buy from this seller again--very poor packaging.

  Some, but not all, existing damage to item was visible in the listing photos, and was reflected in the negotiated price. Item was shipped in an old Athearn blue box (as expected) but was only enclosed in a bubble wrap envelope. Luckily, it wasn’t crushed during shipping.
