  use to be a decent co. that at least would answer your email and would try to make up sending the wrong item ( they did this to me before with honey spouts but they made it right ) again I paid for / ordered a more expensive item 2oz spray bottle of swarm commander , and received the wrong item a hanging lure and could not get a response from seller. I have ebay messaged them twice since 2/28/2025 and still with NO response. Returned wrong item & was reimbursed for full amount.

  Really sorry about the issue. I'm not sure what happened with the communication breakdown, but we have put a process in place that will solve the issue of eBay messages being missed. I'd like to make it up to you with a free bottle of Swarm Commander. We'll send it to you tomorrow.

  better late then never , sorry no way ebay will let me remove the neg feedback due to it has been so long since march , today 5/16/25 I received the right item as a gift to make up for their mistake they made and the hassle they put me threw on the original march 20th order that they sent the wrong item to me when really needed.
