  Great customer service. They were very prompt with a response. Great communication. Somehow my previous shipping address ended up on my order. I reached out right away and early the next morning I was contacted and assured that my new address had been updated and that my package had already shipped. I'll be checking them out for any of my automotive needs from here on out. Great customer service in a day and age where that is severely lacking. Great job guys!

  The quality of the item exceeded my expectations. It arrived looking like a new item. The price was more than fair, especially considering Flashmasters programmed it to my specific VIN.   customer service was phenomenal! donein ebay chat, and they responded as soon as it was business hours. letting me cancel the first order so I could reorder with a different shipping method. they even contacted me when the new order was in place letting me know that the package would be shipped that day as I opped for air mail. very professional and happy now that my truck starts first turn of the key every time now! professional clean refurbished pcm! thanks flashmasters!

  The pcm came as described, was in good condition and well packaged. When i installed it, i had an 04wj skim in and left it plugged in, this kicked in the auto shutdown. I contacted the seller and they were kind enough to swap it out, this time i left the skim unplugged and everything started up and runs great.

  Communication prior to order was quick, helpful and accurate. Shipping came in quickly and packaged well, comes with no instructions, but I wasn't expecting them as it's "plug & play". However this didn't just work and I reached out and had an answer within a matter of minutes, so quickly in fact that my child already had it work and was test driving it down the road. Very pleased with my purchase and the price point.
