  Seller is great, excellent communication, and looks after their customers. Issue was that the product they received from their supplier, was not of good quality, so they could not in good faith, sell it to me. I will purchase from them again. Well done.

  Arrived early. Unfortunately the damping rod is frozen and if you shake it you can hear a piece rattling inside the shock body. I had a heavy set friend try to bounce on the bike and it is hard as a rock with the preload at full soft. I’m waiting for them to make it right. My first question was answered by telling me it fits. I know it fits I’ve had it in and out of the bike twice for installing the correct spring hoping that would help. I’m livid.
