  Seller's eBay listing specifically showed this item to be made by a particular manufacturer and to be a specific model number. The item delivered was made by some other manufacturer and was not the same type as the model number shown in the listing. Seller's communications were difficult to understand - either this person does not speak English or they are challenged. Irrespective of this Buyers would do well to avoid this seller at all costs. Do not buy from this seller - you will regret it !
