  I needed two Medify Air MA15 air purifiers and used “buy it now” to get them from Filter Experts. My order ran into a snag and Dan at Filter Experts made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. One Medify Air unit was delivered today by FedEx. No idea why they didn’t have the second unit with them. The MA25 unit was new, with new HEPA filters installed. Works like advertised. A++++ seller - thanks for the transaction.

  Shipping carrier badly damaged the item. The seller was quick to communicate and offer resolution. Otherwise the item was sealed and brand new as described. Good seller!

  The product that I received was just as described and worked perfectly. There was a small issue with the order where one of the items was not the color described. The seller issued me a partial refund immediately and made it right. Highly recommend the seller in the future.
