    The item arrived as described and shipping was smooth, which I appreciate! However, I do wish it had been packaged more carefully, perhaps wrapped in paper or plastic before being placed in the box. It was tightly packed into a small cardboard box, and unfortunately, I accidentally snipped a few fibers from the stuffed animal while opening it. Thankfully, it’s not damaged and the cut fur isn’t very noticeable, but it’s something to keep in mind for future orders. Thank you! ♡

    Shipping took a bit longer than expected but the seller replied to my msg quickly and explained the situation. Overall it really didn’t take too long to receive, and where else could I possibly find these rare, out of production episodes? Very grateful to the seller for doing what they do, and I would definitely order from them again!
