  I received my package very quickly. There were 4 plates in the box and two of them were crushed. i reported this to the seller and was refunded for the broken plates. Easy transaction, great communication. the two undamaged plates were just as described and a good value.

  Unfortunately one of the plates arrived chipped. However, the seller was absolutely great and gave me a partial refund for the damaged item, which I am very grateful for. Item arrived very quickly and was neatly packaged. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend purchasing from this seller!

  Extremely well packaged, came in a timely manor. It was as described . I did think the postage was a bit steep but as I could not find the item locally, i expected to pay more. C’est la vie!

  Unfortunately, the bowls arrived in a unsatisfactory condition: all but one were broken. I contacted the seller immediately with images, and was credited the full amount for the order within a few days. There really was no excuse for the damages either, it certainly wasn't for a lack of packaging, they were wrapped exceptionally well. I hold the shipping company at fault.
