    We recognize that it is unfortunate when products arrive damaged. However, we have been successfully selling on eBay for 22 years. When our products are mishandled by carriers and arrive damaged, we promptly replace them and resolve the issue. It is regrettable that this buyer experienced such mishandling by the carrier. We offered either a replacement or an immediate refund. We have always prioritized quick resolution of any issues that arise.
