  Due to no fault of seller, there was an issue with delivery. USPS had apparently misplaced my item at their facility, and could not nor would not assist me. I contacted the seller, and without hesitation, I was offered a prompt refund. Today, 2 weeks after my in person discussion at my local USPS facility, I finally received my item. His communication and kind service was excellent. I have asked him to please put through the charge again as I now have item. Excellent experience. Thank you!

  The platinum and emerald eternity ring was 20th anniversary gift for my wife and it was perfect. It arrived in good time, well packaged and via the eBay authentication process (who were also incredibly helpful). I would definitely use this seller again

  After an almost 2 months wait time I received a broken guitar lamp, seller offer a 20 dollar refund and for me to send it back to him wait another 2 months before I get my refund, in my opinion is a total joke, I will not recommend buying from this seller ever!
