  I ordered a replacement Royal Doulton teapot and although it was described as used, it actually looks brand new. The item was very well packaged and delivery was within 4 days. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this seller.

  Lovely item, packaged very well. Seller good for communication. Only problem was delivery with Yodel, was four days overdue,delivered late in evening and did not ring bell.

  Great product exactly as described which was well packaged. Value for money too. The postage element was via yodel which was okay but I received out for delivery on a couple of occasions the local depot did finally deliver and I appreciate this was out of the sellers control
